RainDance Soaps is a small business - and that means small inventory and even smaller overhead. While we strive to keep the website up-to-date, it is not perfect, so if there is something you picked up at a craft show and you don't see it online, drop us an email and inquire (we may not have had a chance to get the site updated yet.) At the same time, we do rotate scents and create seasonal and/or limited edition soaps --- so availability does vary.
For your shopping convenience, we accept all four major credit cards for payment. Credit cards are processed by a third-party (not us), so we do not have access to or store any credit card information.
Orders are shipped out several times a week, and we utilize the USPS and their Flat Rate shipping. We have found this to be the quickest and most economical choice for soaps, which tend to be heavy. If you would prefer a different carrier option, please make a note when placing your order and we will contact you for further arrangements. Any cost difference will be applied to your order total.
Soaps are packaged in recyclable kraft paper boxes. Lotions are in recyclable bottles. Orders are shipped with reused packing materials (peanuts, etc.) in the smallest box possible.
On occasion, we can arrange a local pickup in the Seattle area. Note that we do not have a retail store or regular office hours, but we have done pickups at craft shows or in select locations. If you are interested in a local pickup, please call or email us to inquire about options. If it doesn't work out, we'll just mail your order to you.

At this time, we are not entertaining wholesale inquiries; we have in the past and plan to again in the future, however.
