Shipping

We aim to get orders out within 48 hours and ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. International orders will require additional postage.

There may be times that we cannot ship an order within 48 hours; we will contact you with an explanation.

Payments

RainDance Soaps accepts payment by check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal. Credit cards are processed by a secure third-party and the information is not saved on our computers. Checks and money orders should be made out to RainDance Soaps and mailed to PO Box 4604, Seattle WA 98194.

Privacy

We hereby solemnly swear to never share, sell, rent, or otherwise publish any of your personal information without your express written consent. We hate spam as much as you do. We do not maintain a database of customers, and we do not store credit card information.

Recycling

RainDance Soaps utilizes recyclable packaging, and reuses packing materials such as 'peanuts'.  We aim to reduce our carbon footprint whenever possible.
